Hayward, Calif. – Oct. 11, 2006 – Dynamic Network Factory, Inc. (DNF), a leading maker of high-performance network attached storage (NAS), storage area networks (SANs), RAID and iSCSI systems, today introduced three new direct attached storage (DAS) systems as part of its Enterprise line of affordable, scalable storage solutions for small to mid-sized enterprises (SMEs). Now available with pricing starting at less than $3,000, the new Enterprise DAS systems support 750GB disks and up to 12 drives and 9TB of storage in a single chassis.

According to Mo Tahmasebi, CEO of DNF, the Enterprise DAS line is designed to support the growing storage requirement of SMEs in a variety of applications including web applications, disk-to-disk backup and file server storage. “Our new Enterprise DAS systems leverage our years of experience in the storage business to deliver all the scalability and reliability that SMEs need, at a price they can afford,” said Tahmasebi.

The Enterprise 4322 is the company’s new entry-level DAS system, featuring support for 1 to 3TB of storage in a single 1U chassis as well as for RAID levels 0, 1, 0+1, 3, 5, 10, 30, 50 and JBOD. The system is priced at less than $3,000. Also now available is the Enterprise 8322, which supports 2 to 6TB in a single 2U chassis and can be used with RAID Levels 0, 1, 0+1, 3, 5, 10, 30, 50 and JBOD.
