With our in-house RAID certification program, all hard disks used in DNF are tested to ensure they will work in concert in a disk array. To separate "gold-standard" drives from those destined for the consumer market, our application-specific hardware RAID tests to ensure that they perform well in their destined arrays. Every unit also goes through extensive pre-shipment hardware testing, to ensure our products arrive ready to use in their intended environment. With these in-house testing programs, we are able to maintain superior build quality and reliability.
DNF offers a broad range of customer and technical support options. All of our products are backed by a one year parts and labor warranty, as well as phone support between 7:00-5:30 PST.
